MATEJ DUCÁR is focused on project and product management. This field is his passion for more than 11 years delivering value for Home Credit customers from Europe to Asia. He is actively forming new way of Product delivery and transformation from service organization to commercial one in EmbedIT. Matej´s biggest goal is to inspire his colleagues to work with passion for delivering real value for customer through understanding big picture and common interests. His personal time belongs to his family carrying out together an active lifestyle such as hiking, running, exploring world, cooking but also reading books and watching movies.
