Barbora Kosnarova is an entrepreneur, relationship builder, tech advocate and a facilitator who believes that in order to solve complex challenges we face today we first need to connect as people. She founded her company, DOtsMORE, to bring people together and empower them to embrace differences, be kind more and together bring more goodness into the world. She works with top teams and leaders helping them create a culture of high impact collaboration. Apart from running her company, she worked for the oldest conflict resolution centre in Northern Ireland, bringing fractured communities together. In her spare time, Barbora volunteers as a Programme Facilitator with Hestia and works with Traverse, helping them navigate complexity and controversy in the changing world.
