Kristýna joined the Aspen Institute Central Europe in July 2020 as a Program Manager. She is responsible for programs regarding Education. Kristýna also organizes the Institute’s annual conference, The Shape of (Central) Europe. In 2022, she was involved in the Moonshot by Aspen CE conference series. Kristýna studied education in the Czech Republic and Finland. Previously, she gained experience in a variety of projects in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. In Finland, she was involved with activities regarding education and entrepreneurship.

On maternity leave since October 2023.
