Overcoming Barriers to Growth

The Aspen Annual Conference “Overcoming Barriers to Growth” was held on October 9 – 10, 2013 in cooperation with PRK Partners, attorneys at law. The conference program can be found here.

The first day of the event commemorated twenty years of the independent Czech Republic, recalling personal as well as collective failures and achievements, some of which are summarized in a conference booklet (in Czech language only).

The second day sessions debated the future of the transatlantic marketplace and hosted among others the European Trade Commissioner Karel De Gucht, who delivered a keynote on Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) – Solving the Regulatory Puzzle.
