Lucie graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics in Prague in the field of International Trade, Monetary Economics and Banking in 2011. During her studies she started working at the Czech Export Bank (CEB) as Credit Manager of Export and Project Finance. Her main responsibilities included the preparation of financing for turnkey export deliveries and industrial projects, and managing the credit team. After almost 5 years working at CEB she left for Canada, where she was employed as a sales representative and office manager by a local truck rental and moving company called Dysco Services Ltd. Later, she was the Head of Financial Department at ALTA, a.s. Since May 2015, Lucie has worked for The Statutory City of Liberec as the Head of Fundraising Department.
