Michal Martinko

Michal graduated from the Pan European University, Faculty of Law in Bratislava, Slovak Republic, with distinction for his thesis focused on “Legal regulations applicable to shares as a financial market tool.” In the past he worked for law firms such as Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, L.L.P., branch office Bratislava and Kriz a Belina Law firm in Prague. In 2012 he co-founded Prime Tech Group, a private company focusing on energy efficiency products and solutions. Since 2014, Michal has been Partner at Crane Constancy Capital. He is also active in the non-profit sector as a member of the China Czech Organization.
