Gabriela Holíková

Gabriela works as a Principal Corporate Counsel for Microsoft, where she provides legal support to business and management teams in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Her expertise includes commercial legal issues with a special focus on information technology law, data protection laws, intellectual property rights and compliance rules. She also represents Microsoft in external fora on legal, regulatory and similar topics. Gabriela was a member of the Czech Bar Association and during her work as an attorney at law, she advised on and ensured compliance with data protection legislation. She received her Master of Laws in Information and Communication Technology Law from Universitet I Oslo and Master of Laws in IT/IP law from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
