Can CZ Make the Jump to a Knowledge Economy?

21. September 2017 (16:30)

On behalf of the Aspen Institute Central EuropeČeská spořitelna and Legatum Institute, we invite you on September 21st at 16:30 CET to the panel discussion: Can the Czech Republic make the jump to a knowledge economy?

The panel discussion is occasioned by the presentation of the first edition of Legatum’s CEE Prosperity Report. The Legatum report shows that the Czech Republic’s prosperity, covering economic success as well as overall wellbeing across nine pillars, has advanced over the past decade. But how can the three key pillars of Social Capital, Business Environment and Education be improved in the country? Could this help to propel the Czech Republic to greater prosperity?

Please do let us know if you can make it at rsvp@AspenInstituteCE.org

Looking foward to meeting you!

“Aspen was always able to assemble differently minded people from various fields of activity: politicians, artists, athletes, scientists, innovators, volunteers and businessmen. I believe that this capability will also significantly contribute to the development of a liberal and democratic society not only in Europe. ”
