William is currently the Chief Executive Officer of GEMCO Constructors LLC, a national design and build specialty contractor that has executed projects in 38 states. GEMCO is the primary construction and infrastructure consultant and trusted advisor for Medline Industries and specializes in delivering infrastructure solutions and mechanical, electrical,

plumbing and controls infrastructure innovations for FedEx and Amazon distribution and fulfillment centers across the United States.
As a serial entrepreneur, William has formed and operated 8 companies ranging from engineering design firms to specialty and general contracting companies, all involving advancements and innovations for large distribution companies. In addition to being recognized as a Model Law Engineer, he is currently licensed as a professional engineer in 25 states. William was a co-developer of the Digital Crossroads of America Data Center and Technology Hub and responsible for the management of the scope for the entire 1,000,000+sf planned campus.
