Kamila Hladíková joined the Aspen Institute Central Europe as the new Office Manager in August 2024. She studied Theatre Management with a focus on production management at JAMU. During her studies, she participated in several theater productions and led the Guest Service team of an international student festival.
She worked as part of the Impact Hub Ostrava team as a Community Manager. There, she led the coworking operations team, built the community, and organized various events, from informal gatherings to workshops and MeetUps. Later, in an HR role, she took care of the team, led recruitment, and helped develop the company culture. What she enjoys most about her work is creating an environment where people thrive and can make an impact.
