Jiří Švejcar is a partner in the Prague office of Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He has been active in strategic consulting for top management for more than 20 years. From 2003 to 2015, he worked for Accenture where he was responsible for strategic consulting for financial institutions in Central and Eastern Europe. At BCG, Jiří specializes in the digital transformation of financial institutions and leads the Digital Technology and Data Sector of the Czech office. In addition to commercial strategic projects in the financial and energy sectors,, he is also involved in pro bono social impact projects.
