Zea recently started her PhD in social psychology at the University of Helsinki. Her interests include societal changes and the effects and challenges that we will face due to disinformation in the online sphere. She is also associated with the Hungarian Academy of Sciences as a research assistant. Prior to this, she worked for a Hungarian NGO, where she was in charge of a project with the aim of integrating people – who are at risk of social exclusion – into the job market. During her Master’s studies, she was the president of the Youth Section of the Hungarian Psychological Association, where one of her main objectives was to encourage members to think critically about psychology and take into account not only the individual but their societal situation as well.
