Leadership Seminars

The Aspen Institute Leadership Programs convene exceptional leaders across various fields and disciplines in order to step away from the daily routine to reflect upon various aspects of values-based leadership.

Through text-based dialogue with expert moderators and accomplished peers, seminar participants are challenged by and reflect on opposing and timeless ideas, values and their continued relevance in today’s world. We encourage dialogue and critical discussion on challenging political and social topics as well as on what it means to lead responsibly.

The seminars offer an opportunity to explore tensions between ideas and goods competing in a globalizing world, to discover how our choices and decisions are shaped and to realize that one cannot lead others without leading himself or herself first.
