Dan Svoboda is the managing partner at McKinsey & Company Czech Republic and Slovakia. He has close to twenty years of experience with strategic consulting, mainly in the area of transformations of large companies and growth and operational efficiency improvement. On the Central European level, Dan is now leading McKinsey Transformation and LEAP (building new businesses). Dan graduated from Cornell University and received his MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
