Igor Liski

Aspen Young Leaders Program AYLP 2014

Igor was born in 1979 in Luhansk. He has obtained two higher education degrees in International Economics and Jurisprudence. In 2002 he was appointed Chairman of the Board of PrJSC Mining and Concentrating Factory «Krasnoluchska». Since 2006, he has been Founder and Chairman of the Board of Effective Investments Company, which is engaged in attracting investments in the Ukrainian economy. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce, member of the Coordinating Council Association Aspen Ukraine and a Deputy of the Luhansk City Council.
