Adam is a co-founder and leader of the Zachraň Jídlo organization. Besides his role in promoting sustainable food consumption he works on a campaign against racism and hate speech at the office of the government in the Czech Republic. In 2015, Adam graduated from the Institute of International Studies at the Charles University in Prague. During his studies he volunteered for Amnesty International where he obtained his passion for human rights. Therefore his first job brought him to the Middle East where he worked on a programme for youth with local human rights activists. The turning point in his career was “Dinner for 1000”, a one-day happening in the Prague city center that later turned into organization Zachraň Jídlo. In 2017, Adam is among the 30 young individuals in 30under30 nomination by Forbes.
