Adam is a Psychologist and the Founder of Terapie mezi stromy, an innovative approach to psychotherapy in the outdoors. Terapie mezi stromy connects mental health and nature through therapy, lectures, workshops, supervision, teambuilding, and community building. After browsing through Europe in the field of consulting and in the field of change management and innovations, he landed between the fences of Psychiatric Hospital Bohnice and among the trees. Adam has worked with a variety of clients including personality disorders, psychosomatic problems, addictions, and clients in crisis. Further, he is a Mental Health Advocate writing articles about mental health and a book Terapie mezi stromy for professionals. Hand in hand with his activity, he emphasizes the need for idleness, emptiness, and boredom in order for things to arise and happen.
