Bartosz Kubiak
Bartosz Kubiak is a former public affairs professional with a passion for promoting civic knowledge and fostering positive change. As the chairman of the Academy of Civic Knowledge (AWO), Bartosz leads the organization’s efforts in civil service reform and the development of strong state institutions in Poland. Collaborating with leaders such as President Aleksander Kwaśniewski, Ambassador Mark Brzezinski, German Marshall Fund, and Adam Bodnar (former Ombudsman).
With a background in lobbying, Bartosz represented over 40 companies in Poland and the EU, specializing in areas such as sustainability, trade and technology. His experiences have allowed him to cultivate a deep understanding of the intricate dynamics at play in these sectors.
Bartosz holds a degree in Law with American Law from the University of East Anglia. Additionally, he interned at the US Congress, working alongside Rep. Peter Roskam (R-Il.) in 2018. Alumnus of the 2022 Aspen Young Leaders Program and 2022 cohort of American Chamber of Commerce in Poland 30 under 30 list.
