BENCE BLAUMANN has extensive expertise in logistics and data analysis, gained during five years in German-speaking areas and his time as Operations Manager at the largest FMCG company in Hungary. At foodpanda, he managed a team of 70 responsible for more than 15 million orders and hired ~ 15.000 riders. He expanded the largest online FMCG player in Hungary to 40 cities and achieved cost savings of approximately 20 million euro over four years. After leaving foodpanda, Bence also worked as a freelance management consultant, where he provided digital consultancy services to clients mainly in the e-commerce and accounting sectors. His contributions resulted in an estimated 2 million euro impact on these businesses. Bence is currently the Managing Director of Rejoy.hu, the market leading marketplace (for refurbished smart devices), listed among the 300 most visited Hungarian websites. He oversees the operations and has full P&L responsibility.
