Bohdan Malaniuk
BOHDAN MALANIUK has served in the Czech diplomatic corps for over 7 years, focusing on the nexus of foreign policy and global economics. At the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Washington, he was responsible for transatlantic energy relations and various geoeconomic issues. Currently, he is the Head of the Economic and Cooperation Section at the Embassy in Bogota, where he oversees projects enhancing Czech-Colombian cooperation in sectors such as sustainable mining, civil preparedness, digitalization, and cybersecurity. Bohdan holds a master’s degree in international relations from Charles University and another in international economics from the University of Economics in Prague. He is a nature lover and a dedicated outdoor enthusiast.
