Since 2018, Boris has been a Group Head of Learning and Talent Development and a member of the Group Management Team at Home Credit Group where he currently manages 12 entities in 10 countries. Boris used to work at UniCredit Bank for several years which gave him the opportunity to gain work experience in different countries such as Germany, Austria and Italy. Boris has skills in business-, people-, project-, and operation- management with multilingual skills (he is fluent in English, German and Italian). He is a PhDr graduate of Comenius University in Bratislava, focusing on organizational behavior in different sectors.
