Ivana Štefková

AYLP 2022 I.

Ivana Štefková believes that even ordinary people can do extraordinary things. For eighteen years she has been striving to ensure that people really flourish in their lives and do not just live them through. She studied education and psychology and devoted her professional life to the development of civil society and the topics of volunteering, community work and resilience. It is important for her to look at what her client needs and how these needs can be met. Ivana has experiences from NGO, startup, and corporation and she has repeatedly worked with state administration. She spent four years in Impact Hub Prague connecting mentors from the business to teams from non-profit organizations and now she works in a CSR position at Česká spořitelna. Her values are compassion, cooperation and contribution.
