Jan has over 12 years of experience in digital sales, marketing & e-commerce within middle-size companies, corporations, agencies and his own business. He focuses on customer experience because it has the largest impact on business results at the end of the day. When customers are satisfied, they are willing to spend more (no matter the pricing policy). He also believes that nowadays every company needs to face digitalization and automation and that cannot happen without the knowledge of internal processes; the solution tools are available but you need to know what you need to automate.
