JAROSLAV LOUŽENSKÝ has more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance, assurance services and M&A. Currently, as the Chief Investment Officer at Direct Auto, he plays a pivotal role in driving the group’s acquisitions and spearheading new strategic projects. Jaroslav previously served as the CFO of Direct Fidoo, a fintech company, where he managed financial operations and helped the company towards growth. Prior to his role at Direct Group, he provided professional services at PwC mainly to private equity firms. Jaroslav holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and Economics with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from the Czech Technical University and he is also a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
