JURAJ PILKA is originally from Martin, Slovakia but currently living in Prague. He studied for his bachelor’s in business administration at the City University of Seattle program in Trencin Slovakia. After school, he moved to Prague where he studied at La Salle Philadelphia MaSc. program and started to work at Česká Spořitelna Bank. He started at a level of Card Specialist, then moved to a customer journey expert position, and finally to a Card Issuing Product owner position with leadership responsibility for his teams. His strongest traits are empathy, a strong bias toward future-oriented strategic thinking and ideation as well as the ability to activate people to action. His main weakness is sometimes a lack of patience.
