KATEŘINA RADOVÁ is a human rights lawyer and public servant with the Office of the Czech Government Agent before the European Court of Human Rights. She coordinated the creation of a new action plan for ethnic desegregation of schools under the execution of the ECtHR judgment D.H. and Others addressing discrimination against Roma pupils in education. She was the main creator of the international conference “Making Human Rights a Reality” which aimed to discuss challenges in implementing international human rights obligations at the national level. In her Ph.D. research at the Charles University Faculty of Law, she focuses on responses to mass influx situations of refugees. She is an expert member of the Council of Europe Limited Working Group on Migration.
