Ladislav joined ŠKODA AUTO as the project coordinator and is in charge of its regional development program with the ŠKODA Endowment Fund which aims to increase the attractiveness of the Mladá Boleslav region in the next 3 years via development projects with an allocation of 30 ml. EUR. Ladislav is experienced with Czech and European environmental, regional and social development projects, notably playing  a part in the cohesion policy as the Head of the EU Fund Unit at the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, a program assistant in the European Commission during the negotiation of the new programming period of EU funds in Slovakia and the Head of the EU Funds Unit at the Ministry of Employment and Social Affairs where he was in charge of restructuring the Operational program Food and Material Assistance.
