Libor Pospíšil

AYLP 2023 I.

Libor is a facilitator, consultant, and researcher dedicated to building healthy organizational structures. He has worked for large corporations, start-ups, within the public sector and NGOs. For
the past six years, he has led the development of what he considers “the best educational program for school principals in the entire universe” – Ředitel Naživo/Lead Live. He is currently a father on part time parental leave with a long- standing commitment to scouting. For seven years, he led a growing scout troop near Olomouc and organized educational and experiential courses for teenagers. When not carving wood or writing a book about his thousands- kilometer long hitchhiking adventure, you can find him running (very far) or wandering in nature (very slowly).
