Michal works at Česká spořitelna, which is the largest retail bank in the Czech Republic. He is currently responsible for retail proposition, segmentation and current accounts. He has worked in finance all his professional career, despite the fact that he graduated in law. He is enthusiastic about design thinking, behavioral economics and leadership. Michal is happy to share his experience from migration 2mio. clients into new internet banking or product design processes in the banking environment. Michal is a huge fan of Google and Netflix. He will be happy to discuss their impact on society and human behavior. He also enjoys long runs in mountains like Beskydská sedmička and reading inspirational stories.
