Miky made his first journey abroad at the age of 17 and soon started climbing the highest peaks in Europe. He established his first company, a team-building agency with 40 instructors, at the age of 22. Today, the main vision of his projects and activities is to give Czechs more self-confidence, and raise their trust in other people. He started LowCost Race which later received the biggest Czech media coverage. He also established LeapMakers, a non-profit helping secondary school and university students achieve their dreams. He co-hosts a podcast about life success and happiness. He is also the author of “Můžeš (po)dělat cokoliv”, regularly speaks at business conferences, helps companies with leadership, and organizes workshops focused on getting out of the comfort zone.
