Monika Mašková

Monika is an Attorney at PRK Partners, where she focuses on pharmaceutical law, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. Monika has also worked as a Legal Counsel for a leading pharmaceutical company and in the Project Finance Department of a Czech bank. Monika received her master’s degree in Law from Charles University in Prague in 2005. She also completed study programs in law at University of Passau in Germany and at Tsukuba University in Japan. She was admitted as an attorney at law of the Czech Bar Association in 2008. She has contributed to such publications as The PLC Crossborder Doing Business in Handbook (2010–2015) and Mergers and Acquisitions in Europe: Selected Issues and Jurisdictions (Comparative Law Yearbook of International Business, Wolters Kluwer, 2011).
