Monika is the Co-Founder of Czechitas, an organization pursuing the goal of educating women in IT. Her role is to help girls see the many opportunities in the IT industry and make those opportunities more accessible to them. Besides organizing educational workshops, her main responsibilities include: cooperation with companies interested in hiring more women in the IT sector, HR agendas, long-term collaboration with women interested in IT jobs, and career development and promotion of the Czechitas vision and brand. Her experience in the HR environment goes back to 2013, when she started working as an IT recruiter consultant. Before that, Monika gained management and sales skills in the United States, where she worked as student manager and through direct sales.
