MONIKA ROGALSKA is passionate about merging healthcare and technology, she leads transformative initiatives at K.I.D.S. Foundation. Her journey involves leveraging technology for positive change, such as implementing Sherlock Waste at the Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital in the USA and collaborating with IT managers at Polish children’s hospitals. She is responsible for many donations, including XBOXes, computers, and “Fairy Tales” by Natalie Portman, and also prepared layettes when the Ukraine war started. She is producing a podcast for parents and medical staff, “Pacjenciaki,” with the brand Nurofen. As a member of the Hospital Relation Hub, she oversees projects enhancing pediatric hospital relationships, and she organized the Pediatric Innovation Day conference to advance pediatric healthcare innovation.
