Nina Formánek Jaganjacová

Nina is the daughter of two Bosnian doctors who fled the war-torn country. She received an MSc in Social Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and started a health education NGO Sifty in 2017. At Sifty, she created a project called www.pribehyo.cz and with the help of health experts and her team, she wrote an educational book on cancer called Příběhy o rakovině (Stories About Cancer). Currently, the team focuses on fertility. She has experience from DG SANTE at the European Commission in Luxembourg, the HIV/AIDS office of UNICEF in Kazakhstan, and as a trainee at the Czech Permanent Mission to the UN in New York.
