Přemysl Janeček, after graduating from the Faculty of Education at the University of Ostrava in 2008, entered the field of education as a teacher at the Starý Hrozenkov Elementary School and Kindergarten. In 2013, he was appointed to the position of principal of the Pozlovice Elementary School. In the year 2017, the founder decided to merge the elementary school and kindergarten in Pozlovice, which created a new entity, the Pozlovice Elementary and Kindergarten, and Přemysl Janeček remained as the principal. In his position he focuses on creating a positive environment for all stakeholders – pupils, teachers and parents. He attaches importance to innovative teaching methods in the school and active cooperation with parents and the principal, as he believes they are key to achieving common goals and continuous improvement of the school.
