Radek is a leader of the band Gipsy.cz. He has been active on the Czech music scene since the age of thirteen. Since then, he has released many successful recordings, won numerous awards and performed around the world. He recently published an autobiographical book (Ne)pošli to dál (Don’t) Send It On. He also released his first solo album Věci jinak (Things Different). The album and the book are his personal confessions and are thematically related. In the book, Radek reflects on the events that happened throughout his life, including shares his own experience with domestic violence. By showing his example of success, Radek attempts to motivate his readers and teaches that it is possible to get out of any kind of problem.
