Radka is the founder and managing partner of ATAIRU, an organization serving as a guide for leaders on their path towards understanding their own authenticity and the fundamentals of collaboration. In the past 3 years, ATAIRU has worked with 500+ leaders and 46 organizations from across Europe. Radka is also an acclaimed author of leadership programs and programs specifically designed to develop women leaders. Her passion in videos resulted in creation of Leadership Games – a unique series of video interviews with top Czech leaders. Before founding ATAIRU, Radka has held various positions in business internationally including McKinsey or UN World Food Programme. As part of her MBA program at Harvard Business School, she co-authored The Authentic and Integrated Leadership Model.
