Radka Horáková

Radka is a creative mind who loves to bring great and impactful ideas into reality. She has been active in the marketing and communication area for 12 years, especially focusing on building platforms where various audiences may cooperate and bring some new value together. She worked as a marketing manager in IBM where she created a platform for the Czech top management to connect, inspire each other and cooperate. She helped build a startup incubator UP21 in the role of CMO, and co-founded and brought the Startup World Cup & Summit into life with the mission to better interconnect the Czech startup ecosystem with abroad. She is currently working on two nonprofit initiatives: Česko.Digital and Re:Publikum. She loves hiking, adventure traveling, painting and of course her family & friends.
