ŠIMON KUBRT is an Information Security Specialist at T-Mobile and Vice-Chairman of the Gene Therapy Association (non-profit organization). He graduated from the Faculty of Security Management at the Police Academy in Prague. During his studies, he became involved in the area of security in the banking sector with a focus on pandemic response and cybersecurity. After graduation, he joined T-Mobile, where he works in several areas – cybersecurity, crisis management, and public alert systems. When his nephew was born with a rare disease, he began volunteering at the nonprofit where he now serves as Vice-Chairman. The goal is to promote with the non-profit organization the support of research for the treatment of rare diseases.
