Tomáš Opačitý

AYLP 2022 I.

Tomáš Opačitý manages to be at the same time a strict financial manager and an enthusiastic, creative, and entertaining leader. He likes to find inspiration in different businesses and different people, mindsets, and cultures. Recently, he has been turning Slovak Telekom´s Controlling into a more modern, digital, and customer-oriented unit. Killing bureaucracy and developing employees in their jobs remain in his focus whilst still delivering financial targets. Tomáš has studied at The University of Economics in Bratislava and spent early working years in the banking industry before changing into Telco. In his private life, Tomáš is a father to a 5 years old son and an automotive freak. He spends his free time discovering how different things work and relaxing when running, biking, playing golf or enjoying a glass of wine with his friends.
