Aspen Young Leaders Program AYLP 2019 I Business IT AYLP CZ

Václav was a good cross-country athlete in his young age. He then decided to focus on education and a career outside the field of sport. Václav joined ABB during his studies at Brno Technical University as SAP developer and later on, after a few further career steps, he was responsible for IS applications in Eastern Europe. Under his leadership, the team tripled its size and extended the geographical scope. Early this year he was offered to take over  responsibility for ABB Digital Portfolio and become Country Digital Lead for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. His main focus is to help ABB customers start and execute their digital transformation. In his free time, he enjoys his family the most, playing golf or gardening.
