Values-based leadership is a core program priority of the Aspen Institute Central Europe. We invite leaders from various sectors across the CE region to critically reflect on their core values, discuss issues that are crucial for the development of society, as well as to engage in dialogue over opposing ideas and views.
We organize a unique program called Aspen Young Leaders Program (AYLP) which offers emerging young leaders the opportunity to improve their personal and professional skills as well as to expand their personal network in the region and reflect on what it means to be a good leader in today’s world.
The Socrates Seminars excel at encouraging values-based leadership through consideration and discussion of big current issues and ideas through expert-moderated dialogue.
After completing Aspen Young Leaders Program, participants become a part of the Alumni Network - a group that connects people across their fields creating a lasting supportive community. It is a network who support and inspire each other, provide an understanding bubble of friends, that can build professional and personal ties.
Leadership Aspen seminars are text-based retreat events that are a part of an exceptional program promoting values-based leadership.
