As part of the Society 4.0 debate series, we focus on the impacts of technological development on society in various aspects of life. The ongoing technological revolution will have significant consequences for people’s lives and the organization of society. The widespread use of artificial intelligence and robotics will bring both substantial opportunities and challenges. What will be the social impacts of the ongoing technological revolution? How can we strengthen society’s ability to adapt? How can we ensure that social changes will have more winners than losers?
