Bára Stárková

Bára is a fundraiser for Díky, že můžem and has been recently named the Chairwoman of the Board. She is responsible for communicating the organization to the outside world in terms of partners and sponsors and oversees the organization’s strategy and management. Bára is also an Advisor to the Councilor for education, sport, research and business. She completed her academic career with a Master’s Degree from UvA, where she studied Political Communication and Journalism. While studying abroad, she realized that the Czech approach towards education does not face the challenges of the global world in the twenty-first century and does not help young individuals fulfill their full potential. This led to her increasing involvement in local politics and educational activities.
