AYLP 2024 Aspen Young Leaders Program

NORBERT DÓCZI successfully sold his business after it grew rapidly. His business aimed to strengthen the community among high school students by hosting unique nighttime events. He led an outstanding team, that focused on sales, marketing, and problem-solving to deliver the best possible experience. Then he graduated in Applied Economics from Corvinus University. During his time at the university, he conducted a series of training sessions for group leaders, emphasizing self-awareness alongside technical skills. This year, he had the privilege of mentoring the current trainer of these sessions. Additionally, at 18, he spent two months as a camp counselor in New York State, where he cared for children and developed his interpersonal skills.
