Barbora Komberec Novosadová

AYLP 2023 I.

Barbora is a civic sector enthusiast and professional. For more than a decade, she explored the civic sector, especially the fields of volunteering, corporate social responsibility, social entrepreneurship, and philanthropy from the positions of manager, social entrepreneur and researcher. She established employee volunteering programs for international companies in HESTIA – Centre for volunteering. In cooperation with Ashoka, she co-founded the Impact Academy initiative, with CPPT initiated and led the first cohort of the Map the System Award at Charles University. Barbora currently works as the Director of the Social Foundation Fund of the Municipality of Prague. She believes in the “everyone a changemaker” vision as well as in the rising role of philanthropy and civic sector engagement.
