MILAN SIVÝ is an Attorney at law admitted in the Czech Republic as well as in Slovakia (as a Registered European Lawyer) and he specializes primarily in mergers and acquisitions, collective investment matters, general corporate law, cyber security, and intellectual property law. He also has extensive experience in energy projects. In his practice, Milan has participated in providing comprehensive legal services to leading Czech and foreign clients, both in connection with projects in the Czech Republic and other countries. Milan is currently a Co-Head of Corporate and M&A Practice Group at PRK Partners and a member of Tax & Legal Committee of the Czech Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (CVCA).
