Pavel Kavánek is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ČSOB, one of the largest banks in the Czech Republic. He also serves as President of the Czech Banking Association. Mr. Kavánek has been working for ČSOB since 1972 and previously held the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and received The Pew Economic Freedom Fellowship at Georgetown University.
